TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter the promotion forms part of these
terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed
acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The promoter is Team Melbourne Pty Ltd (ABN 37 120 250 884)
of Level 3 Great Southern Stand, Melbourne Cricket Ground, East
Melbourne 3002 ('Promoter').
3. The promotion commences at 12.01am (AEST) on 17
August 2008 and ends at 11.59pm (AEST) on 26
September 2007 ('Promotion Period').
4. Subject to Clause 5, entry is open only to Victorian
residents who apply on line for the TEAMelbourne Mega Sports Clinic
to be held on Sunday 12 October 2008.
5. Directors, management, employees (and their immediate
families) of the Promoter, related bodies corporate and agencies
associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter this
promotion.
6. To enter, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotion Period
register on line for the TEAMelbourne Mega Sports Clinic at www.teamelbourne.com.au
7. Limit of one entry per Eligible Entrant.
8. The Promoter is not responsible for any problem or technical
malfunction of any communications network or any late, lost,
incorrectly submitted, delayed, ineligible, incomplete, corrupted
or misdirected entry whether due to error, transmission
interruption or otherwise.
9. The draw will take place at 9am (AEST) on 29
September 2008 ('Draw Date') at the offices of the
Promoter.
10. The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will
be entered into. The winners will be notified in writing within two
working days of the Draw Date and their names will be published on
the TEAMelbourne website on Friday 3 October 2008.
11. There will be twenty three (23) prizes, with a limit of one
prize per winner. Subject to these terms and conditions, the first
23 Eligible Entrants drawn from all valid entries will win:
a. one of ten (10) $50 Coles Gift
Vouchers
12. The total value of the prizes is A$500.
13. The prizes are not transferable to another person (unless
agreed by the Promoter) or exchangeable for other goods and
services and cannot be redeemed as cash or other goods and
services. Any element of a prize that is unused will be forfeited
and no compensation will be paid in lieu of that element of the
prize.
14. The Promoter, and its related bodies corporate and their
respective officers, employees, contractors and agents, and all
other suppliers of prizes, will not be liable for any loss, damage
or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct,
indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained in
connection with this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or
the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be
excluded by law.
15. If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as
planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus,
bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical
failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter
which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness,
integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter
reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under
applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the
entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
promotion.
16. The prize winners must, on request by the Promoter, be able
to provide evidence which, to the reasonable satisfaction of the
Promoter, demonstrates that the winner is an Eligible Entrant and
has complied with these Terms and Conditions.
Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name and
photograph of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by
the Promoter, unless a winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at
the time of accepting their prize. Eligible Entrants consent to the
Promoter using personal information provided in connection with
this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the
promotion and awarding any prizes. For further information, please
